Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and provide labor market analysis in North America and parts of APAC utilizing various sources such as BLS, state and local economic data, and internal data sources.
  • Labor economic functions such as research to support site selection, economic trends in industries and occupations nationally and locally.
  • Advise on rate strategies and act as SME on all aspects of contingent bill rates and labor market dynamics for clients in many different industries.
  • Build job catalogs and rate cards for clients, perform annual reviews of rate card effectiveness.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of client worker data to derive actionable insights with the goal of furthering business objectives and controlling human capital costs.
  • Searching for, procuring, and processing pay data about companies using multiple methods, techniques and sources.
  • Capturing and transforming raw data into meaningful information/ratings/scores.
  • Working with different types of information sources (i.e. lengthy annual reports, websites, quantitative data feeds, web crawlers, external data platforms), types of information (i.e. quantitative data, key performance indicators, prose narratives), topics or subject matters (i.e. traditional financial risk, corporate governance, and sustainability) and types of analysis (i.e. rules-based, subjective analysis, written summaries).
  • Produce scores, ratings and other forms of relevant analysis.
  • Monitoring quality and productivity metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in various internal working committees and/or projects.
  • Developing data sets and maintaining them.
  • Contribution to methodology and process improvement

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1-5 years of experience:
  • In Staffing, Recruiting, MSP or other Human Capital Related fields
  • Experienced at working in office set-up with multiple locations teams
  • Experienced at presenting results of research
  • Bachelors' degree required
  • Understanding of pay and bill statements of companies operating in Staffing and Human Capital Services sector
  • Strong background in process oriented/data heavy tasks and ability to perform in a fast paced working environment
  • Strong English reading and speaking skills. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
  • Must be proficient with reporting and analytic tools such as, but not limited to Excel, Logi, Tableau, etc..
  • Should have basic knowledge of online (SaaS) Salary, Benefits and Compensation tools and should understand how to pull and shape data.
