Required Skills:
Experience in working in Contact center space especially in QA engagements
Experience as a QA lead working in Genesys Contact center domain , custom softphone, agent desktop integrations and Call routing areas.
Experience in Genesys WWE , GPlus adapter integrations testing with salesforce CRM.
Knowledge on generic Genesys components
 
Nice to have:
Experience in automations tools like CYARA, Selenium, Coded UI and any other UI automation tools and technologies used in Contact center domain.
Experience in  handling communications with multiple business partners – Business groups, Development group to understand the  QA requirements and device a plan for effective QA execution.
Should be able to identify new QA opportunities while working with Business partners.
Excellent communication skills and experience in managing teams of around 8-10 people and well versed with onsite/ offshore models.
