o Extensive SAP Treasury & Cash Management experience – 6+ years required

• Deliverables for this engagement:
o Successful completion of functionality partially delivered as part of two recent Treasury projects
o Reduced backlog of Treasury & Cash Management change/research requests
o Timely resolution of Treasury Production issues
o Comprehensive work instructions and training documentation
o Complete, updated configuration and functional spec documentation for the Treasury & Cash Management modules
o Enhanced user adoption of the Treasury & Cash Management modules and functionality introduced during enhancement projects
o Training and support of the primary COE Treasury resource
Works closely with Internal Customers to leverage SAP to maximize ROI and to assist Internal Customers streamline business processes by increasing process automation and reducing manual activities, thus lowering operating costs. Forges and maintains collaborative relationships with Internal and External Customers and SAP Support Partners. Consistently informs and educates Internal Customers of existing and new SAP capabilities. Proactively seeks out opportunities to improve business processes to enhance process efficiency and integrity or comply with regulatory requirements. As SAP enhancements and defects are identified, the Consultant coordinates functional specification creation, SAP configuration, test case development, test execution, defect reporting and resolution tracking, training, post implementation monitoring, and ongoing production support of enhancements and fixes. Actively involved in SAP Support Pack, Enhancement Pack and Project activities, including evaluation and testing of new functionality and educating Internal Customers of newly delivered capabilities for designated business processes. As appropriate, involved to varying degrees in projects associated with core business processes that tie in to the SAP application.
Masters and maintains expert knowledge in designated core business processes (i.e. Accounts Payable, Payroll) and is knowledgeable in how SAP facilitates those business processes. Maintains an understanding of applications that interface with SAP through continuous learning, participation in user forums and “best practice” research.
As a subject matter expert, provides legendary Customer Service to Internal and External Customers by providing business process improvement guidance related to changes to existing processes or development of new processes that utilize SAP and peripheral systems.
May assist in the development of business cases to help prioritize opportunities and champion improvement projects. May be required to facilitate discussions with various Internal Customers to facilitate business case development.
Participates heavily in SAP system design, development/configuration, data conversion, testing, and implementation of system changes and associated documentation.
Ensures that SAP system changes implemented adhere to Company change management policies. Documentation requirements for system implementation and conversion efforts are completed timely and as expected to ensure that appropriate technical documentation exists.
Documents requirements for SAP interfaces (inbound and outbound), including data mapping, functional specifications, test plans, and error handling procedures. Will be responsible for creating test data, testing interfaces, defect resolution, and ongoing production support of SAP interfaces.
Reviews test results for SAP enhancements, defects, and project implementations to ensure integrity and completeness of testing activities.
Provides timely support for SAP-related incidents or service requests related to production issues, defects, batch job requests, research, and security requests.
May perform risk assessments of data integration points with SAP, and as needed, assists in the design of appropriate controls.
Works closely and effectively with project Teammembers from other departments and may be directly or indirectly responsible for supervising the activity of others to ensure appropriate financial system integrity and business functionality.
Advises and educates Internal Customers in core business process improvement, including when appropriate, where SAP can be leveraged to improve business process efficiency and integrity.
Serves as liaison between business users and Technology support.

Education (level, and degree if applicable)
High school diploma or equivalency required.
Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business (Finance/Accounting) or Computer Science disciplines required.
7+ years of relevant professional work experience required.
5+ years of functional experience with SAP required.
5+ years working across multiple financial and/or business processes (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, Technology, etc).
SAP configuration experience preferred.
Professional certification such as SAP Certification or PMP preferred, but not required.
Duties will require traversing long hallways on multiple floors and between campus buildings.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Ability to use a computer with speed and accuracy sufficient to meet the demands of the job.
