Roles and Responsibilities:
 
·         Integration Leads (IL’s) help to understand, define, and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to determine how business processes intersect with technology to create a holistic solution.
·         This includes communicating with Service Operation representatives regarding enhancements to existing user functionality. Therefore, IL’s require excellent communication skills.
·         IL’s validate that the complete E2E IT Solution is consistent with both Functional and Non-Functional Business Requirements.  (The validation is a continuous process.  Any changes to the Solution will be escalated to Application Teams and the Business Client through CR's.)
·         IL’s work with the CTO and Operations Org's to ensure alignment and also ensure Hardware specifications are consistent with IT deliverables and Operation(s) Processes.
·         The IL will also ensure that Business Requirements are traceable and testable by the User(s) and accurately mapped to System Requirements that can be tested End-To-End.
·         The IL is the Technical Analyst overseeing project scope, architecture & client request alignment throughout the life of the project.
·         Ensures  application alignment in Scope and E2E System(s) Solution Compliance with Business Process
·         IL’s help validate the accuracy of the estimates to ensure consistency with the required scope for TCP1,2,3.
