Key Responsibilities:
Client is adding a Service Delivery Manager to our IT Department. We have completed the process of outsourcing our global IT maintenance and support, and as the SDM, you will oversee the vendor relationship for all network support provided across the global enterprise. This position is heavily relationship-based, and you will serve as the primary liaison between Client and the supplier for this area of IT, ensuring that service levels are maintained and improved and that issues are kept to a minimum. The day-to-day responsibilities will include reporting, monitoring performance, and creating new SLAs as needed, as well as forecasting service consumption and overseeing customer satisfaction.

Knowledge/Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in IT with specific experience leading, measuring, and improving the delivery of technical support provided by a third party / outsourced partner.
• Previous network administration or engineering experience.

• Effective problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills.
• Project management capability.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage by influence as opposed to positional authority.
• Strong teamwork and partnering approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to senior leaders.
• The ability to work with Suppliers to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels.
• Ability to be firm but fair with regard to operational deliverables.
