Account Coordinator

Immediate opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team in Alpharetta. This role will assist in major accounts strategic sales activities. This is a unique opportunity to receive training and shadow the Branch Director for the first 3-4 months, with the potential for promotion to Account Manager within 6 months based on performance. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings by connecting directly with hiring managers via phone, email, LinkedIn.
  • Accompany Branch Director to meetings with hiring managers
  • Develop knowledge of account through documentation and discovery process based on pre-populated template
  • Send thank you emails and cards post meeting
  • Communicate with delivery team on any openings that are Client
  • Attend client lunch meetings, dinner meetings, happy hours as needed
  • Core hours 8:30am – 5:30pm however extra hours will be needed for client entertainment, community outreach programs, volunteer activities, etc.
 
Requirements
  • Outgoing personality with ability to develop effective client relationships
  • Aptitude for Sales with demonstrated history of client service / delivery
  • Business savvy and ability to understand and implement the sales strategy for designated account
