Need experience with CA products like offminder, Siteminder Identity management, etc. Enterprise server experience – Active Directory
Oracle database
Server Support in Unix/Linux

Key Responsibilities:
Directly or through others, the incumbent has ultimate accountability for each area of the corporation
Be familiar or efficiently administer/monitor (hands on) various IT and security tools such as: Qualys, AV(Symantec 11-12), Tripwire, Nitro SIEM, Malware detection, IDS/IPS, Forescout, SSL VPN, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls, and other security tools (or equivalent security tools).
Respond to security alerts and incidents; conduct targeted review of suspect areas. Recommend and implement process and reporting improvements as directed.
Perform change management and problem management tasks
Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly security monitoring tasks and handle issues with the respective vendors that are uncovered by various internal monitoring tools. Respond to security incidents and conduct targeted review of suspect areas.
Work with the various IT Security team members, IT infrastructure personnel, and network and I or operations teams, to ensure the implemented technologies are integrated and fully utilized as intended in the protection of Company's assets.
The position provides SME expertise and input related to protecting EFH assets.
Perform ad hoc vulnerability assessments, application penetration testing and analysis of results
Work with compliance teams and/or audit management to provide evidence of above activities as required.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, &. Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology; 5+ years experience in Information Technology and/or Security Operations.
Ability to self-manage including planning, providing status updates and metrics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior team leadership experience a plus
Self-starter and self-motivating.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, organization, task and time management skill

Measures of Success

Within couple months, basic understanding of all the key security tools
Within 1 - 2 months, candidate is assimilation into the system engineering team and starting to work independently in some areas
Candidate is integrated and working will with counterpart across the IT organization
In the first 6 month, other teams are seeking candidate out for assist or help with the area s which they support
Active interest in growing there knowledge in the Security area
