AEM Architect

Job Description:
  • Defines technical vision for the Project.
  • In conjunction with the Business and IT teams, propose initiatives and develop road maps to convert existing IT environments to align to the target domain architecture
  • Responsible for defining the business domain architecture direction in order to avoid redundancy, have integrated, cost-effective solutions and provide a common foundation for all developments within the business domain.
  • Leads evaluation of technologies to be incorporated into solution.
  • Providing the technical connection between the project managers and developers.
  • Working with clients and advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies.
  • Evaluating projects from a technical stance, guaranteeing that the development methods used are correct and practical.
  • Signing off system requirements, identifying resources and estimating timelines for project completion.
  • Producing technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable.
  • Delivering solutions to customers including database consolidation, implementation, and application integration with stress on architectural services.
  • Document desired goals, outcomes or conditions of activities or activity sets and conduct analysis that identifies shortfalls, omissions and/or inefficiencies in achieving said goals.
  • Transform the business concepts into a business architecture that supports the design and integration of new business models.
  • Create various types of models based on the requirements/business rules.
  • Create integrated process maps and business architectures that serve as comparative frameworks for enterprise technology architectural planning, integrations, COTS gap analysis and retirement planning.
  • Create, update and manage all diagrams, documents and artifacts within the context of a defined methodology and reusable knowledge management repository.
  • Produce standard reports and deliverables to communicate with project teams and business users.
  • Create an enterprise, normalized view of business processes recognizing synergies and integration points for either business model or application development.
  • Perform strategic research discovery on new business models, formulate supporting business concepts, align concepts to business areas and present findings back to executive teams.
  • Should be able to work with IT and Business teams to identify gaps in existing domain architecture and recommend alternatives, best practices with respect to industry trends
  • Should be able to conceptualize innovative solutions that enable people, processes and technology to address complex business needs.

Job Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Adobe experience manager & basic understanding of Adobe marketing cloud products (Analytics, DTM, Target, Audience Manager)
  • Experience in Digital, IoT, Mobile, E-commerce, Loyalty/CRM, Strategy and Operations (Preferred)
  • Ability to analyze business needs of the clients, identify problems and propose solutions
  • Influencing skills over a wide spectrum of management and technical contacts.
  • Ability to compel issue resolution across assorted groups within a corporate framework.
  • Well-developed spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate across multiple projects concurrently and assume the responsibility for the appropriate technical and architectural implementation of projects.
