Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 
  • Develop strong understanding of the issues, analyze the business scenarios for root causes, articulate key risks and customer impacts, develop and provide feedback on appropriate changes and develop, test, implement, and validate the enhancements.
  • Analyze, configure, debug, unit, systems, integration test and document new enhancements including
  • Grant user access upon approval and update access controls as needed; monitor usage as required by the Identity Access Management team.
  • Maintain functional specifications documentation.
  • Work with the vendor, internal IT resources, and business admins to implement new changes 
  • Track implementation of new software releases,
  • Perform and maintain configuration changes for development, Test, and Production environments
  • Support backup/recovery operations and disaster recovery testing"
  •  Business Process Modelling (P3 - Advanced)
  •  Appian (P3 - Advanced)
  •  Appian Process Automation (P3 - Advanced)
