 Key Responsibilities/
 Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 
  • The IT Access Management Process Manager (Service Integration) is accountable for the creation, oversight and governance of the Access Management processes that are established, in alignment with HR and Information Security policies, to provide access to Client's business applications, systems and services for Employees, Service Providers, and Contractors.
  • You will establish and leverage governance forums, key measures and stakeholder feedback forums for the purpose ensuring alignment with critical internal policies, enabling awareness/visibility into Access Management issues and identifying and driving process improvements.
  • A strong technical awareness of Integrated Access Management platforms, Enterprise ID Systems, Active Directory, LDAP, Access request form design (via ITSM tools) and access automations are needed for this role.
  • You will ensure the integration of the Access Management process across multiple clients and suppliers, calling Access Management governance meetings at which all relevant stakeholders convene to evaluate, approve/reject process improvement efforts as well as process metrics/KPIs.
  •  Responsible for developing and maintaining an effective process and ensures there are supporting Policies, Controls, Metrics, Procedures and Training.
  •  Acts as a Access Management process architect.
  •  Supports the owner to review and approve changes to Remedy related to functionality relevant to Access Management.
  •  Conducts Access Management Service Review forum to review overall Access Management performance with both Access Management system customers and actors.
  •  Periodically reviews process metrics to identify and initiate process improvements.
  •  Establish meaningful KPI's and metrics to manage process effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
  •  Responsible for the monitoring and oversight of data quality with authority to direct improvements and automation to improve efficiency and value to the Clent.
  •  As part of the Service Integration, manages the process across all Providers by frequently reviewing Access Reports from all Providers
  •  Ensuring support Model is supported through SLAs, OLAs, and UC's
  • Consults with / escalates to vendor management in case of disputes
  •  Responsible for communicating and implementing the overall direction and management of the Access Management Process
  • Acts as point of contact for "how-to” questions regarding process execution and compliance
  • Analyzes process metrics
  •  Ensures process compliance through regular (spot)checks and initiation of corrective actions
  •  Controls the lifecycle of all System Access Management Service Request Forum
  •  Enable beneficial Access Management related changes to be made, with minimum disruption to IT services
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline required
  •  7+ years related IT work experience
  • 2+ years successful people leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in Access Management, processes, standards, and templates
  •  Experience with the design and operation of ITIL processes in a global enterprise
  •  Strong understanding of Client's business requirements
  • Ability to tie business requirements to test scripts
  • Must be familiar with System Development Lifecycle Methodology
  • Ability to analyze problems and use judgment effectively
  •  Strong documentation skills
  • Proven ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
  • Strong leadership skills
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •  Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly terms
  •  Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  •  Have some work flow manager – create work flow that enable policies. Experience with ITIL V.3
  •  Governance experience – have the ability to drive work and behaviors thru people. Additionally influence multiple parts of the organization.
  •  Strong process experience – background and experience with systems to understand how process work to enable and grant permissions
