 Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Client by answering inbound calls related to brokerage operations, paperwork requirements, system education and related questions, and explaining policies and procedures set forth by the broker dealer.
  • Cashiering, margin, account establishment and maintenance, transfers, commissions, compliance and retirement accounts.
  • You will be required to establish a rapport with the financial professionals in the financial industry within the Client's .
  •  Receive inbound calls from clients who have service related issues.
  •  Create a strong working relationship with  Client and their assistants.
  •  Educates Client  where to find on-line information
  •  Process incoming on line requests from Client  and resolve requests in a timely manner.
  • Log transactions into CRM system for most inbound calls
  • Work independently to make decisions regarding resolution of issues.
  •  Pay close attention to detail, process work accurately
  •  Exercise judgment to know when to escalate issues to supervisor or manager
  • Ability to communicate with other business units within the Client to resolve Client concerns and issues
  • Analyze problems and follow through to resolution
  • Works collaboratively with other business units to assure satisfaction of the needs of our Client
  • Meet quality and production goals
  •  Strong interaction with clearing firm and external vendors on routine brokerage account platform questions.
  •  Assist with other projects as needed
  • Provide peer to peer training
  •  Keep up to date on changes to industry and business processes.
  • Team-player who works well with others, resourceful, ability to retain information.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 
  • Customer service oriented, 2-3 years experience-must like speaking with and assisting people.
  • Must have strong Microsoft office skills(Excel -must be able to create a spreadsheet(columns, rows, formulas, entering data, pivot table). Industry experience(financial background/investment) in a customer service role is a huge plus.
  • Great communication skills required. Manager expects to see clean resumes(no typos, no grammatical errors, and good formatting)
