Key Responsibilities / Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

 
  • Responsible for tier 1 support on internal Client systems (salesforce, workbench, CPQ, Century).
  • Will be assisting users when an error comes up and resolving/documenting system issues vs. user error (50% of day)
  • System testing: testing new enhancements and developments/releases in system to make sure they are ready before they’re deployed (25% of day)
  • Assisting with quality control/documentation review to make sure people are following proper processes/procedures when scrubbing orders that are received from partners (25% of day).
  • Enable proper design and implementation of the Arterra BSS platform support and expanding the billing platform integration to telesales and Xfinity Store retail environments. 
  • Experience in  sales support, customer care, usage mediation and bill generation.
  • MIS/IT Background Salesforce experience isn’t required, they just need to pick up different systems quickly
  • Problem-solver” – needs to be able to figure out common problems within tickets
  • They don’t have a formal ticketing tool as of now – they just use tasks in salesforce
  • Mon-Fri 40 hours. May require overtime/weekend work from time to time
  • Would take someone right of college with biz/tech degree
