Key Responsibilities / Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Supporting Awesome Agent project, needing additional head count to support work in the pipeline.
  • Work is specific to systems and tools which the team based out of Tucson is working on.
  • Seeking 2 – 5 years of experience.
  • Need to be able to hit the ground running. Creating quick reference guides and CBT for our systems (salesforce) and enhancements and changes to work flows to the UI.
  • This person will work with the entire ID team and PD team as well.
  • The end internal customer is the sales agents. To make the workflows and tasks for the sales agents easier and recognizing change management as well, help the agents understand the why.
  • No facilitation needed, either Computer based training or QBG, web aids etc.
  • Experience with Story line (advanced experience preferred).
  • Must be very driven and motivated to learn and try new things, self-driven able to move quickly.
  • Ex: code release into SalesForce yesterday, training needs to go out tomorrow, need to be able to go in and play around with system and workflow, identify risks, make agents aware of any potential impacts to their workflow.
  • In design experience (tools to create the job aid)
  • Experience and ability to understand the sales cycle process
  • Candidates need to provide work sample from Storyline that best depicts their skills and abilities (required/provide with email submittal)
