 Key Responsibilities/
 Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  •  Provides full-range of administrative support to include: manages multiple Outlook calendars with expertise; plans and coordinates a variety of meetings and events, such as staff meetings (including recording of action items) 
  • This role is accountable for a comprehensive range of administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Talent and Organizational Performance Solutions (TOPS) and Chief Talent Officer for Pharmaceutical.
  • The successful candidate will execute a full range of administrative duties with a high degree of judgment to effectively manage the SVP’s office which will include continuous interaction with the Executive Leadership team (ELT), HR Leadership team (HRLT) and the TOPS Leadership team.
  • This position will report directly to the SVP, Chief Talent Office and is based at New York Headquarters.
  •  Provide full range of administrative support including managing dynamic calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, screening and triaging phone calls, ordering supplies and processing expenses.
  •  Complete quality work on a timely basis, with ability to identify and prioritize most urgent issues and to resolve them appropriately.
  • Expedite flow of work and initiate follow-up when necessary. Exercise sound judgment, anticipate issues before they develop into problems, and resolve potential conflicts to ensure deadlines are met.
  •  Safeguard correspondence/documents of a confidential nature.
  •  Demonstrate expert collaboration and communication skills in a team environment, and share knowledge, influence best-practices, and coordinate workflow.
  •  Participate in group/HR community meetings as needed or required.
  •  Work with TOPS Operations to coordinate LT team meetings, prepare agendas, minutes/action items when necessary, reports and presentations.
  •  Work well in self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, and take accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  •  Work well with staff located across various geographies, as well as with external contacts, to coordinate schedules and priorities.
  • Provide basic administrative support to visitors including, scheduling meetings, updating travel arrangements and providing other site specific assistance.
