Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 Support for client technologies such as desktops, laptops, software, printers, mobile devices, IOS devices and Android mobile phones.
  • Detect and diagnose client hardware failures and make technical recommendations.
  • Analyze and assess customers’ service requests and provide prompt technical solutions.
  • Work with end users both in person and over the phone to resolve technical problems with client hardware and software.
  • Interact with various IT platforms in a multi-layered client server environment to resolve customer issues.
  • Follows Desktop Technology Best Practices and Procedures.
  • Performs PC, Mobile hardware, Software installations and Conducts On-Boarding or Migration Orientation Sessions for Executives.
  • Tests new operational hardware and software.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience on the IT field.
  • A+/MCP Certification required and Windows 10 enterprise experience.
  • Possesses excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
  • Displays working knowledge of Incident Management and Service Ticketing Systems.
  • Working knowledge with Software Discovery and Automated Software Installation Tools.
  • Shows familiarity Data Base Management Tools.
  • Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Blackberry mobile device, IOS and Android mobile operation system experience.
  • Knowledge of installing and troubleshoot software application.
  • Remote control tools and Knowledge on Virtual Private Networks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours 24/7 afterhours on call support.
  • Mobile Device Management.
  • Operates as a Self-Starter and shows ability to work in a Team environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to follow operational procedures.
  • Demonstrates mature decision making.
  • Working knowledge of the following; Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint, BitLocker; ServiceNow, Virtual Desktop Interface, Appsense, MS-Access, Info Path, Eracent, Cisco Jabber, WebEx and Visio.
