Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns and manages the entire recruiting cycle for USA based roles, from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded.
  • Full cycle recruiting for junior to senior level Operations roles ranging from Supply Chain to Procurement to Commodities Management and a range of other roles.
  • Partners with immigration and internal recruitment teams on C2C, visa processing.
  • Strong focus on attracting diverse candidates and proactively identified local diversity events/careers fairs to recruit diverse talent.
  • Develops recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers.
  • Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
  • Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements acting as an Expert Advisor.
  • Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements ensuring the best fit.
  • Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
  • Actively uses social media to promote job opportunities and to source candidates proactively
  • Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.
  • Works with TA Coordinators to schedule interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels.
  • Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidates.
  • Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.
  • Leads and closes all formalities related to on- boarding of the candidate.
  • Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code.
  • Responsible for managing hiring using appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire.
  • Utilizes Brassring/Kenexa and MyJobs system throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates – candidate and hiring manager experience at the forefront of priority.
