 Key Responsibilities:/
 Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • The Regional FP&A Analyst will support the Regional Finance Manager in compiling and analysing financial information for the LatAm region.
  • This hands-on role is responsible for developing, enhancing and preparing managerial and financial reports, analysing and interpreting results, and making recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability. 
  •  Supports Long Range Plan preparation
  •  Facilitates preparation of periodic forecasts and annual budget based on historical data and current business plans/strategies
  •  Compiles and prepares data for submission into financial reporting system (SAP)
  •  Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of consolidated financial reporting
  •  Develops models for the purpose of analysing, forecasting and controlling financial data
  •  Analyses forecasts and makes recommendations to enhance business processes
  •  Owns actuals reporting and variance analyses for Regional programming content rights
  •  Collaborates with multiple stakeholders (Ad-hoc requests, calendar management, etc.)
  • Supports controllership activities
  •  Other responsibilities as deemed necessary
  •   2-4 Years Excellent analytical ability
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach. analysis activities
  •  Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required, MBA desirable
  •  Familiar with accounting principles
  •  Advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to manipulate complex data including the creation and manipulation of pivot tables
  •  Working knowledge of Powerpoint
  • Action oriented, problem solving, multicultural experience
  •  Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information
  •  Ability to work adjusted hours to interact with European & Latin American offices
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint), ERP applications (SAP ECC), Multidimensional Reporting (SAP BPC, BW/BI)
  •  Understanding of standard financial statements and their relationship
  •  Strong written and oral communication skills
  •  Strong attention to detail with proven ability to resolve problems
  •  Ability to balance competing interests and deliverables
  • Strong relationship and consensus builder – able to pull together different teams to optimize quality of results
  •  True creative innovator; able to communicate and engage others in new ideas
  •  Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
