Key Responsibilities:
  • We will need someone with very good customer service experience and skills who is knowledgeable in both Samsung and Apple smartphone technologies.
  • They will be ordering, configuring, and deploying smartphones to employees locally and in the field.
  • This will include walking end users through complex setup and configuration changes (including initialization, wiping, re-configuring, and troubleshooting issues) remotely, over the phone.
  • Our environment typically includes working with two or more end users simultaneously so the ability to multi-task is important.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Knowledge of AirWatch and Knox CC is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skill at troubleshooting problems is important.
  • They will be asked to enter information in both Avaya and AirWatch Console databases and will include other telecom duties as assigned.
  • This person will need to be a self-starter and motivated, with the ability to work in an unstructured environment without direct supervision when up to speed.
  • Some level of detail orientation with good task completion and follow-up skills is important.
  • Patience and good attitude are keys for success.
