Job Description: As the Sr. AEM developer you will be the subject matter expert tasked with familiarizing yourself with the existing AEM environment which the company website is built on and assess what gaps need to be addressed. Work would include implementing the new UI to the 8 remaining country websites, updating performance of sites, tackling any backlog of work from U.S. and Mexico implementations.
The team members in place have a base knowledge of AEM and will need leadership, guidance, and mentorship on this project, it will be your duty to lead them in the right direction.

Work Environment: Fast paced environment, team of 6, who aren't afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty, be flexible to work on whatever needs to be accomplished that day.
Interview Information: In person/SKYPE interview with the manager, Corey, the architect, two developers, and the VP of IT.
Who is the Internal/External Customer: The external customer is anyone who uses Banner's customer facing site to purchase products and services.
Impact to the Internal/External Customer: The impact to the customer is a more user-friendly site with additional capabilities (languages, features, customer discounts, customer log-in's, etc.)
Internally this will boost customer usage, sales, and market share.
Business Challenge: Banner is looking to update all of their customer facing websites which are offered in 10 languages/interfaces. They will have U.S. and Mexico complete by end of November and are looking to have the other 8 completed within the next 12-18 months.
