This position engages a global team of highly effective SAP functional and technical developers, Customer Solutions Leads and provides a solution implementation for the project. Minimum 7 years of SAP Technical Development Experience with two years in Fiori/UI5 development.
Preferable experience in Fiori/UI5 and Odata Development:
· Proficient in UI5, Fiori and Odata development.
· Strong Knowledge in Fiori apps configuration
· Very strong Knowledge in configuring MyInbox
· Configure Substitution for Myinbox
· Scenario based configuration for myinbox
· Handle Custom workflow with Bsp/Webdynpro in myinbox
· Knowledge in myservices app.
· Strong Knowledge in Fiori OData services and WebIDE development.
· Experience in custom Fiori application development (prefer experience in development of custom HR App to show Absence quota report for Managers).
The SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer will work with Functional and Technical Developers to support and implement clients global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other supporting business process. The primary responsibility of this technical position is to coordinate and perform requirements analysis, process design, development and maintenance of SAP Fiori apps in HR business process areas to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support.
The criteria for differentiating between skill levels are breadth (primarily HR area) and depth of SAP module knowledge, extent of external networking (best practice and solution development), leadership skills, and years of experience. Responsible for consulting with other SAP team members for fulfilling business requirements. The objective of this activity is to gain alignment between the business clients and functional teams to develop the optimal solution to business requirements while also delivering a solution that complies with specified standards and levels of maintainability. Responsible for the implementation of technical changes for the agreed upon solution. The objective of this activity is to achieve a reliable, stable system operation with a minimum of SAP customization. Responsible for following and ensuring of the execution of all appropriate documentation, testing, technical design, quality assurance and management of change requirements. Additionally, the position is responsible for influencing continuous improvement in these areas. The objective of this activity is to ensure a consistent development methodology to achieve operational excellence and control requirements. Responsible for collaboration and leadership with other areas regarding technical design, cross-functional process integration and testing to influence the achievement of an optimal, integrated solution. Responsible for taking an active role within established teams, guidelines, timeframes and scopes with minimal supervision to provide solutions, and for other reasonable tasks as given by supervisor or manager.
This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Fiori/UI5 and OData development.
SAP ECC 6.0 or higher with experience in HR Modules. Object Oriented ABAP and through knowledge of OO concepts. Well versed with SAP debugging Driving solution reuse, reliability, performance, and scalability through deep knowledge of software design and of SAP. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Solid data analytical and problem-solving skills. Working with geographically dispersed clients and resources.
