Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong and meaningful partnership with Product teams and Marketing leadership to understand market needs & vision; quickly translate vision into strategic roadmap.
  • Build and maintain mobile platform roadmap and 3+ year strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third party partners, and vendors for prototyping, designing and developing the mobile platform.
  • Coordinate with functional owners and end users to translate ideas and high-level specifications into use cases and user stories specific to the mobile platform.
  • Drive technology innovation with a customer centric focus.
  • Instill a data-driven approach by drawing insights from experiments, usage data, and user studies to prioritize initiatives.
  • Apply broad knowledge of product/service capabilities and environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities.
  • Act as the resident mobile platform subject matter expert and evangelist providing future direction and guidance as it relates to industry changes, trends, advancements and evolution.
  • Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
  • Support development, quality assurance, and other stakeholders through technical document writing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or related field of study. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of software product management from inception to end of life. Omni-channel experience preferred.
  • Previous experience launching B2C mobile applications to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store is required. Financial services industry related experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology and integrations (e.g. APIs, SDKs, etc.).
  • Creative, intellectually curious and a self-starter who can execute with minimal direction in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design and usability best practices.
  • Deep understanding of mobile first and customer centric product design principles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify complex problems to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an acuteness to identify, research, troubleshoot, diagnose and recommend solutions to complex business or technical problems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
