Job Description: 
The Design & Development Solutions Team (DDS) is a part of the Global Business & Technology Services organization.  DDS provides development and support for company-wide and business unit applications. This position is for an Agile Coach / Trainer to work on the Agility Coaching and Training team. 
Primary responsibilities include the following:
  • Develop content/training materials and deliver training to new Scrum & Kanban teams.
  • Coach teams and management towards adopting an Agile Mindset.
  • Mentor new Scrum Masters and project teams.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation.
  • Facilitate the transition of new and existing projects to an Agile way of working.
  • Assist in Agile Iteration and Release Planning; provide guidance in creating artifacts; capture team capacity hours for the planned upcoming release and for each sprint; facilitate team ceremonies with an eye on process and related best practices; provide coaching to promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or business-related discipline.
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum & Kanban) for at least 5+ years.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM)
  • Experience with the adoption of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Experience with training new Scrum & Kanban teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation & coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully coaching Agile teams in a results-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of JIRA
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques with the Scrum approach (example: Burndown charts, retrospective formats, que replenishment, bugs, etc).
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Story writing, Test & Learn, Continuous Integration, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
