Human Resources is seeking a project manager for technology projects that include SaaS implementations or changes to existing applications.   This role will be responsible for defining and managing all technical work streams and deliverables, status reporting, and tracking and resolution of any risks, issues and actions.  Candidate will be required to identify integrations and impacts with non-technical work streams.     
Candidate is expected to:
·        Plan, manage and follow-up on work with responsible parties in support of timely completion of medium to complex technology initiatives
·        Independently maintain the project plans
·        Manage issue, risk and action item logs and escalate quickly when needed

·        Follow up on tasks requiring update
·        Proactively identify deliverables coming due and provide reminders
·        Ensure dependencies between technical and non-technical teams are identified and accounted for in overall project plan
·        Produce status reports

·        Provide updates to Project Stakeholders via meeting material and discussion



Required Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project
  • Experience supporting a multi-work stream project
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experienced with MS Office suite of tools, especially Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint
  • IT Project Management experience
  • Understanding of HR applications in both an outsourced (e.g. SaaS, Vendor hosted) and in-house model


Desired Skills:
  • IT Project Management Experience
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, OneNote, etc.)
  • Understanding of Human Resources business processes (e.g. Talent and Recruiting, Compensation, core HCM)
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum process
  • Knowledge of Risk Management frameworks
