Strategic Sourcing Specialist III

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Strategic Sourcing team to manage HR Services (Benefits, Relocation, Training, and Recruiting) to take our service to the next level. This is an accelerated growth environment in terms of responsibilities and the ideal candidate should have the vision and capacity to execute according to a plan and adapt to new challenges and scale of services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier rationalization and strategic supplier management for Categories in scope.

Execute Category Strategy which includes spend / metrics data, industry benchmarks and future budgets to provide recommendations to the business on savings ideas, supplier rationalization and operational improvement for the category.

Overseeing and understanding key metrics and analytics for the HR Services category to provide input to current processes to find ways to be more efficient.

Build trust and rapport with the key stakeholders in the HR organization, the appropriate finance partners and Salesforce's Legal team.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers in this category.

Review and approve/reject Purchasing Requisitions according to internal policies and requisites.


Minimum Bachelor's degree in a Business Field (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) or Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Global Procurement, experience managing an indirect category such as Professional Services, BPO, HR and/or Contingent Labor will be preferred. Benefits experience is highly preferred.

Polished negotiation skills & knowledge of supplier management, segmentation and strategic sourcing practices

Analytical skills managing and discerning data, making executive level presentations & formulating strategies

Work well under pressure, ability to multitask and skilled time manager that is comfortable working under minimal supervision

Comfortable making presentations at Executive Level and establishing relationships with different internal and external stakeholders such as business customers, legal resources, suppliers, etc.

Knowledge of salesforce is desired but not required

Need an experienced Sourcing professional to come in and manage the HR/Benefits category while the Sourcing Manager is on maternity leave. Preference is to find someone with experience sourcing employee benefits including corporate relocation. Resource will report to the Sr. Sourcing Manager overseeing Professional Services
