IT M&A BSA Job Description

The IT M&A Integration team is looking for an experienced business systems analyst to work on high priority, time-sensitive Application Rationalization project. This individual must have Salesforce platform and application experience, preferably in the area of Sales and Marketing, Lead-to-Cash, Post-Sales business processes and functionality (SalesCloud and ServiceCloud) and data analytics. This individual will be a core member of the IT M&A App Rationalization project team that will assess current footprint of the non-integrated applications in use by the acquired business units and delivers actionable integration/decommission roadmap. Scope of this role is to conduct assessment and gather key attributes of current backlog of all the non-integrated business systems from the acquired companies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with IT M&A core team to scope, prioritize and finalize the backlog of non-integrated applications.
  • Work with IT M&A core team to identify key business and application owners for each application in the backlog.
  • Engage with the business and application owners to document the application usage, business process dependencies and other associated key attributes.
  • Support the project team with further analysis and engaging with business and application owners to validate the assessments.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of the above activities.

Requirements:
  • This individual must have prior BSA experience in a similar role in the one or more business areas such as Sales and Marketing, Lead-to-Cash, Post-Sales
  • Excellent communication skills
