Job Description:

**These contractors will be based out of the Richmond/Oakland area**

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
  • Conduct NHEs, conduct NHOs, support grassroots and community engagement in the Bay Area, travel 50% of the time, create communication plans for connecting with candidates in a timely manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to present presentations to new hires and potential candidates. Strong willingness to forge new relationships with leaders in the community and build on existing relationships, deliver results on labor order needs and site planning.
  • Travel to local events will be needed
  • Schedule must be flexible to allow for evening and weekend events
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Willing to travel to multiple events in the Bay area. Open to new challenges and have a willingness to learn and be curious.
Manager Intake Notes:
  • Candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office - emphasis on Outlook
  • Interview will be phone screen
  • Previous high volume scheduling experience is good to have
  • Someone who has worked as Recruiting Coordinator/HR Assistant/Administrative Asst would be a good fit
  • Extension is a possibility based on business need
