We are currently seeking an outstanding HR Program Manager to solve our HR business related problems through technology. We are a data hungry bunch who get excited about process efficiencies and creating next generation HR tools!

To continually strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a program manager focused on HR tools and systems with a background in driving projects and delivering value through strong business partnerships.

What You'll Do:
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize business needs and consistently deliver excellent results on time-sensitive priorities. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and are an analytical thinker, great at navigating complex issues, team-oriented, and you thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Representing the voice of internal HR and Recruiting customers
  • Effectively communicating directly with cross-functional partners
  • Developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows
  • Prioritizing and maintaining customer request backlogs
  • Planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams
  • Managing projects against aggressive timelines
  • Working within and planning against a defined release schedule
  • Assisting in data analysis to drive pro-active planning for future development
  • Supervising ongoing testing (QA,UAT) to demonstrate proven results
  • Documenting critical processes
  • Overseeing day-to-day customer support
  • Gathering user data through process shadowing and documentation
  • Resolving inefficiencies in tools, process and workflows as well as finding new methods of efficiency to support our key business partners
  • Leadership in project-based work.
  • Advanced technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Presenting to groups and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence
  • Vendor management, also a plus

Desired Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of HR and Recruiting Systems
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
  • Amazing attention to detail, ability to think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical and have a systems thinking approach to problem solving, understanding how things affect one another in an overall system
  • A collaborative nature, and an understanding of the importance of thorough, timely communication
  • Ability to communicate effective with all levels of staff
  • Positive attitude and interest in working as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven success in teaching complex topics in an interactive and engaging manner

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in business applications development.
  • Experience with Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, or other 3rd party business applications
  • Background working within an Agile environment
