This role will support the Client Corporate rebrand activities and deliverables for legacy products.
The position is Integrated Marketing, Packaging Labeling Traffic Coordinator (project management).
This role will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Supporting the Global Product Labeling & Document Control Division and business units in managing internal artwork design projects process and tracking design, review and translations deliverables for timely and accurate delivery of packaging artwork to our internal clients (manufacturing sites).
This role will be responsible for activities as defined below for the purpose of design execution and delivery for packaging and labelling.
This role will also be responsible for any other assigned duties or tasks as needed or required by the Global Director to support AIM initiatives.

• Associates Degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing or related field or;
• Minimum of two years' experience in project management or similar role
• Background in medical/healthcare marketing or medical device packaging labeling is desired
• Background and experience with a professional, global company desired
• Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams on deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship/service skills
• High ability to organize complex tasks
• Adept at technology
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent proofreading and grammar skills
• Ability to identify problems and help find solutions
• Proficiencies in using Microsoft Office (Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro software & applications and project management system software (Adobe Workfront proficiency a plus)
