Description:
Facilitates department workflow by supporting clinical team by preparing and sending out denial letters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Provides non-clinical support to workflows.
-Coordinates and manages distribution of correspondence and materials to enrollees and providers.
- Participates in operational activities, including data collection, tracking, and analysis.

Requirements/Certifications:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL CARE WORKER REQUISITION.
The candidate will received determinations from the Case Management team from a queue and will be responsible for preparing and sending out denial letters. Will also assist with the fax queue
Education or experience in Healthcare a plus. Candidates that have worked in a medical office of some sort are a good fit as well.
Must have good attention to detail and be able to read and speak English clearly.
Duration: 3-4 mos minimum with potential to go perm.
Hours: 8a-4p or 9a-5p (30 min UNPAID lunch & two 15 min breaks) Total of 37.5 hours

Street parking almost never available
Parking available all around the building but expensive. - one in the basement of the building. Busy Traffic, so if driving, be aware
Trains:
2,3,4,5 Borough Hall across the street.
A,C,F,R – Jay Street/ Metro tech.
Landmark: same building as Marriot Hotel. Entrance on Adams Street.
