Job Description:
Examines data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers and completes data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis of the conversion to system. Validates the accuracy of all data and transactions. Determines customer specific processing parameters and completes system set up for client use. Trains clients on the use of client systems and provides support during conversion.



Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years implementation and/or conversion experience
- Ability to handle small project complexity
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Requires high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous project management experience
- MS Office Suite

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
