This Desktop Support Contractor role is part of the Employee Enablement Organization which is a service focused organization that acts with empathy, urgency and a strong drive to deliver the highest quality results and outstanding customer experience. The Desktop Support Technician is expected to support our internal customers to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.

Within the Tech Support organization, the primary focus on this contractor role is to upgrade our customer's hardware from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and ensuring the upgrade is a delightful experience. This role will upgrade 6-10 machines daily. They will have the ability to adapt to a dynamic fast paced environment. This role will work closely with their team to manage upgrade issues and provide timely resolutions. The technician will be a team player and update daily documentation while engaging on daily status updates. Their aim is to provide excellent customer service and support that consistently delights customers.

Additional Job Details:The Desktop Support Technician will be in San Francisco, CA. This is a temporary contractor role that will last until the end of November 2018.
