Job Description:

COMPANY is looking for an experienced and talented Unity engineer to lead and guide Unity development within the Connected Products Platform. You’ll be working closely with iOS, Android, hardware, firmware, and backend engineers to create libraries and toolkits to be used throughout COMPANY'S Connected Products ecosystem.​
  • Oversee development of Unity libraries and frameworks used in mobile applications.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, contractors, and vendors
  • Provide technical leadership in and assist other developers and engineers with technical
  • questions and duties
  • End-to-end development of new features from implementation and testing, to deployment
  • Develop modular code to support short and long-term goals
  • Translate design and client guidelines and requirements into specifications and actionable work
  • Analyze code performance and optimize when necessary
  • Create processes for rapid development, testing, and deployment of new ideas
  • Keep up to date with technological developments and advancements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Unity
  • 5+ years of experience in c++ or c#
  • Experience with game physics and particle systems
  • Experience with mobile application development
  • Experience with automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery of unity projects
  • and related technologies
  • Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools
  • Experience working with 3rd parties that integrate libraries and frameworks

Education:
Degree in computer science or work experience equivalent.
