Description:
Provides administration/business process and IT-Application support to Global R&D associates (primarily Product Development teams and their functional partners) for the Global Supplier Quality Assurance System. Troubleshoots system issues based on a clear understanding of business processes, the IT-Application system and the interfaces. Provides analysis, assessment, and recommendations to business partners. Ensures consistent data management and document distribution practices across Food and Beverage categories – Beverages, Snacks and Nutrition.

Accountabilities
  • Provide IT-Application system maintenance including data clean-up and maintenance of reference information (tables, validated lists, and properties).
  • Support end users in maximizing utilization of IT- Application systems & tools (e.g., developing ingredient specs, formula specs and documentation)
  • Provide ongoing 1x1 coaching on IT-Application system use with end users
  • Trouble-shoot by identifying IT-Application system issues and facilitate resolution
  • Partner with BIS to perform necessary updates to IT-Application systems
  • Perform IT-Application system testing for new software releases for upgrades/enhancements and new IT-Application solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional groups on special projects to provide data, queries, analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner with PSI Training Manager in delivering and maintaining training programs for new and existing users, regional administrators and DSA Admins.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and implement eRMD changes, including testing and upgrades.
  • Create or revise control documents/forms, certifications, etc., and ensure synchronization with other systems.
  • Provide product development and project support.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline with 2-4 years in a role/environment that incorporated Information Systems applications (e.g., Quality systems)
  • Food or beverage industry experience/database management (e.g., ProductVision) a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
