Recruiting Coordinator

The HR Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver an impactful TJX employment brand experience to all candidates. You will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resource Business Partners to achieve our mission of attracting and hiring the best talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedules interviews, coordinates candidate travel arrangements, administers reference checks and background checks, drafts offer letters, and coordinates new hire Orientation, applying best practices consistently with each process and candidate.

• Utilizes Talent Acquisition tools and resources, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to apply best practices within our recruitment lifecycle.

• Is mindful of expenses when coordinating candidate travel, meals, and other projects.

• Models and delivers the client values of respect, fairness, honesty, friendliness, and fun.

• Delivers a consistent candidates experience including communication with candidates and leaders.

• Demonstrates outstanding planning, organization, prioritization, calendar management, and a sense of urgency to staff open positions.

• Opportunity to conduct basic candidate assessments as aligned to the job description and requirements as needed at the request of the recruiter.

• Acts as a business partner and liaison to both recruiters and hiring managers.

• Works collaboratively with other staffing coordinators to manage workload and priorities.

Education and Experience Requirements

 High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree a plus
Should have 1-3 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience
 1+ year of administrative experience, experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Human Resources preferred
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Prior experience with TMS, First Advantage, ProveIT, HireVue, or Checkster a plus
