The Position
 
We launched its NAVIFY brand demonstrating its commitment to provide healthcare professionals with digital decision support solutions that transform patient care. The existing portfolio will in the near future, evolve rapidly to include additional decision support applications and workflow products that address challenges faced by healthcare providers as well as research and development applications. Patient data security and privacy are of the highest priority.
 
In this context, client is building a very specialized Switzerland & California based team that builds and operates a cloud platform for its medical and clinical SaaS products. This team will be responsible for tackling the cybersecurity, compliance, and DevOps challenges of the healthcare industry while enabling high-velocity product development. The Product Adoption Specialist will be an integral member of this team implementing, maintaining and managing the platform’s developer portal and managing the developer community.
 
As a Product Adoption Specialist, you will
  • Implement, maintain and manage developer portal for the platform.
  • Engage platform product managers, architects, and engineers to create content for the developer portal, e.g. platform roadmap, service catalog, documentation, getting started, API reference, service request, service status, etc.
  • Develop and write content
  • Establish and manage the developer community tools, e.g. forums, knowledge base, chat, etc.
  • Engage with the community and moderate discussions.
  • Advocate for the platform and its services.

Furthermore, you bring:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience managing a community website, ideally in a software engineering setting.
  • Experience as a technical writer.
  • Experience    in support and development   of cloud based applications.
  • Experience in technical documentation of API services.
  • Experience in end user documentation of services such as identity and access management, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Experience developing in Python, shell script, Java
  • Readme.io, ZenDesk and Wordpress experience desired.
  • Great attention to detail and superior level of technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong accountability and will to succeed while playing fair in a multicultural team.
