The main function of a Sales/Customer Success Associate is to provide high-level support for a portfolio of accounts by handling information requests from customers, updating CRM systems, responding to email questionnaires and coordinating with internal departments for account support. This job will require high level product knowledge and strong communication and relationship building skills.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years customer service or Sales related experience required

Responsibility level
• Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential (Required)
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook (required), Excel and PowerPoint, Sales Force
collaborate with cross functional internal teams and external clients
• Experience based “Issue Resolution” skills that facilitate dialogue across multiple contacts

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems
• Problem solving skills and some negotiation skills needed
• Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly based on the customer's needs
• Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Organize, prioritize, and manage high volume account questions regarding account pricing overviews, upsell opportunity identification activities, services overview
• Ability to collaborate within internal, cross-functional teams (e.g. customer support, financial operations, billing, sales operations and legal) to deliver rapid responses to customers.
• Demonstrate successful customer relationship skills
• Demonstrate ability to resolve customer escalations
• Utilize forward thinking to implement creative ways to improve operational process efficiencies.
• Create scalable programs to educate, retain, and grow the Small Business (SMB) customer portfolio
• Create and execute campaigns for mass outreach to SMB portfolio
