Description/Comment: Top Skills Needed:
1) 3+ years of experience in Finance or Sales Compensation
2) Advanced Excel skills, analytical/critical thinker/self starter. Pivots, sorting, importing data in excel
3) Experience working with large sets of data – making determinations based on data (200,000 lines of data)
4) Xactly experience or Other sales comp systems.
5) BA in Finance or Business, sales operations. required 2 to 4 years of Human Resources/Finance experience required
6) Very detail oriented/ analytical
7) good communicator – good with teams.
  • Calculates incentive payments for assigned business groups. Follows standardized processes to complete calculation, validations, reporting and approvals. Partners with sales, finance, HR and payroll to support ongoing processes related to sales person compensation and Xactly
  • Responsible for region reporting and analysis of incentive results
  • Strong financial acumen. Comfortable reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations based on large data sets.
  • Ability to define process improvements for existing processes. Ability to work through ambiguous situations and problem solve for results.
  • Ability to interact with sales, finance, human resources, compliance and legal.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and apply existing our policies, practices and processes.
  • Implements standardized procedures providing sales compensation and administrative support for assigned business groups.
  • Completes assigned quality assurance and quality control checks utilizing the Xactly Sales Performance Management System. Will analyze data in puts and out puts, draw conclusions and take corrective action.
  • Responsible for maintenance of assigned reference files in support of Xactly SPM.
  • Completes data entry loads into Xactly Sales Performance Management system.
  • Assists Configuration Manager with configuration, testing and implementation of fiscal year plan design within the Xactly system.
  • responsible for assigned sales compensation calculations.
  • Owns revenue reconciliation associated to sales compensation calculations for assigned business group.
  • Works on predetermined routine tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Responsible for alignment of assigned sales teams to appropriate sales plans, geo territories, and hierarchy structure in Xactly.
  • Able to interact with sales leaders and senior members of internal and external teams to problem solve, offer solutions and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Strong Business Acumen - Time management, analytical and critical thinking skills are a must.
Qualifications:
  • BA in Finance or Business required 2 to 4 years of Human Resources/Finance experience required
  • 1 to 3 years Payroll, Sales Compensation or Compensation experience preferred
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel, Access
  • Attention to detail

  • Power BI, SQL preferred
