Responsibilities:
Provide critical support to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless new employee onboarding. Employee Onboarding Coordinators are responsible for managing end to end new hire onboarding, including entering and validating employee details in our internal HR systems, responding to employee and hiring manager questions and processing backend documents.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • 3+ yrs office experience / MS Office (Excel) / Professional Mindset
Nice to have skills:
  • HR experience / Full Time Onboarding experience / Workday / SmartRecruiters / Prior Visa experience
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Managing back office operations for new Full-Time Employee hires. Entering data into the various HR systems and coordinating with stakeholders
The Employee Onboarding Coordinator will, at a minimum:
  • Work with a team of recruiters and various Human Resources teams
  • Be a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Be accountable for processing new hire paperwork
  • Maintain the highest level of accuracy of new employees details in internal systems
  • Meet existing service level agreements related to how quickly new employees are added into internal systems
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities and various stakeholders to resolve issues related to hiring a new employee
  • Responsible for managing Global Onboarding projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or a diploma preferred with 3+ years corporate experience preferred
  • Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Fun loving, energetic person with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify solutions and make decisions independently
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a must
