Duration: 4+ Months (W2 ONLY)

Job Description:

• What will the work schedule be for this position (ex: 8-5)? Is there any potential to work remotely? For coordinators there is no remote opportunity, all will be in Seattle.

Ability to provide weekend support, work hours that reflect the time zone of the teams they support, and potential to work holidays (e.g. Black Friday).
• What will be the day-to-day activities for this role?

Coordinators:
- Job board postings
- Data entry (pulling sourcing yield data and entering it into sourcing plans)
- Performing audits of job board postings
- Contacting hourly candidates in various substeps of the application process to encourage them to complete the application or attend an event
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed (e.g. grassroots research, venue research)

• Is there any potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE (please clarify which applies)?
Yes there is potential for both contingent on availability of opportunities and overall performance/feedback.

Services to be performed:
The Sourcing Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting sourcing activities and building client relationships by supporting high volume hiring at Client.
The Sourcing Coordinator will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point preferred skills Bachelor's degree
