Main Responsibilities of Change Management Project Manager:
Tracking all tasks, action items, deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues for all activities in progress by DWP E&SA team.
Single, consistent method to manage activities for all activities in our team
Working with Program Managers of top programs to provide visibility into our activities
Raising risks and prioritization questions
Following up on upcoming tasks and at-risk activities – keeping everyone on target, ensuring nothing is missed.
Dashboard reporting for status of tasks and consolidated timeline of activities between key programs.
Managing any formal documentation needs (such as PUMA documents, if needed)
Identifying overlapping or conflicting communications to end users, through transversal view of every change management activity across our programs

Strong understanding and experience with project management methodology
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
