Primary Responsibilities:
 
  • Be a contributor to the innovative use of Salesforce.com for the Sales Operations organization within a rapidly growing and evolving company.
  • Take ownership and manage various technology support processes such as ipad setup and external app install, ordering of new devices, maintaining device inventory, shipping and receiving of devices to/from the field.
  • Compile information and provide suggestions and solutions.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service.
  • Accountable to be on call and take support calls nights and weekends.
  • Frequently communicate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and sales channels Document processes and ideas for custom for Salesforce.com use improvements for inventory and other Sales Support functions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, both routinely and ad-hoc upon request.
  • Provide support to multiple sales channels and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders to solution solve and deliver sales results.
