  • Develop, document and analyze business processes and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to team.
  • Provide superior customer service and support to our fellow colleagues and business partners to maximize their efficient use of systems.
  • Assist with implementation of process changes and business system enhancements.
  • Continuously improve HR Systems processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of business cases.
  • Conduct analyses of functional business cases in the support of process changes and/or projects.
  • Audit and refinement of HR data; continually improving our data footprint.
  • Assist in system testing and quality assurance process for system upgrades and new module implementations.
  • Cross-functional experience on PeopleSoft is required.
  • Knowledge on CoreHR, Compensation and/or Recruiting systems is must.
  • Experience supporting and/or implementing functional processes and technical design.
  • Expert in Data management with expertise in managing data via SQL.
  • Knowledge of HRIS system and practices associated with this area of organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret HR and related data.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes drawn from closely working with HR business partners, functional experts and operational/shared services groups.
  • BA or BS degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT, HR, program management or operations.
