Managers are looking for candidates with sales engagement that can produce data and asssessments/insights into creating an actionable plan/tells a story for the sales leaders. Must have IT Sales Operations background.

Sales Operations Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Japan/APAC region, the candidate is responsible for Sales Commissions and Performance Reporting.
Distributing annual quotas/compensation plans.
New hire quota analysis (providing insight to managers on whether to use a To-Go, a Pro-rated, or a customized quota based on pipeline in territory).
Maintaining the accuracy of the Master Quota Template as it is the source used in commission statements and a number of dashboards.
Compiling and ensuring the accuracy of each individual's quota bookings on a monthly basis which is provided to finance for sales commissions.
Review/approval of compensation cases/exceptions.
Tracking Management Performance Metrics.
Assisting in the preparation of the data used for the Sales Management's Quarterly Business Reviews.
Responsible for the year-end performance reporting for every employee who has a variable compensation component.
Ad hoc reporting as requested.

The successful candidate should have a number of the following attributes:
University accreditation in business administration or finance preferred.
3 – 5 years of experience in finance, compensation or statistical analysis is an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with SFDC preferred.
Keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated.
