General Information:
Primary responsibility is to provide assistance to two Vice Presidents including management of multiple Outlook calendars with expertise, coordinate travel bookings and arrangements, plan and coordinate a variety of meetings and events including scheduling conference room reservations, teleconference/WebEx set-up and associated meeting logistics.
Provide phone screening coverage and replies to routine inquiries. Arrange for onsite visitor passes and access for guests/suppliers. 

Job Description:
Additional responsibilities include oversight of department work area, ad hoc support for local Global Procurement colleagues. Provides project management assistance when necessary. Expedites flow of work and initiates follow-up when necessary, particularly when supervisors are traveling. Orders supplies and equipment, organizes and maintains files and cooperates with other administrative assistants in maintaining an efficient workroom. Prepare and edit reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software. Serve as back-up administrative support for any member of the team when necessary.

Additional Skills:
Filing, faxing, photocopying, scheduling of meetings/telecoms, type minutes etc. 
Ability to work under pressure. 
Shows attention to detail. 
Excellent Data Entry skills. 
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
Demonstrated strength in multiple tasks and priority setting.

Minimum Education Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out administrative functions proficiently and to complete quality work on a timely basis
Bachelor's degree preferred
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communications 
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to prioritize and work independently to complete quality work on a timely basis
Ability to take initiative within a strong team-oriented environment
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management
Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information and excellent follow-up skills.
