Description:
Strong Call Center experience with high call volume Preferred
• Total Loss Phone – Mitigate collateral losses with customers, primary insurance, GAP providers, and originating dealers.

Schedule Information
· The Training/ Nesting schedule is 8AM-4:30PM (4 weeks training/2 weeks nesting).
· Production Schedule is 10:30AM- 7PM (Mon - Thur) and Friday is 9:30AM - 6PM
