Clinical Project Associate - I

Specific Responsibilities and Skills for Position:
- Provides support and assistance to the biomarker operations team
- Carries out routine tasks under general supervision, with detailed instructions for new assignments
- Assists with tracking and shipping of biomarker samples and sample reconciliation across projects
- Tracks and prepares study-specific information utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and other tools.
- Reviews and participates in the quality assurance of data or documents
- Arranges meeting logistics, agendas, and responsible for producing minutes for designated studies and meetings
- Interacts with other departments, as directed, to complete assigned tasks
- Assists with development of documents and standard forms
- May serve as a resource within Clinical Operations for clinical trial systems used for managing clinical trials and publications
- May act as subject matter expert and owner of departmental administrative processes

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCP, and familiarity with standard clinical operating procedures is a plus
- Must be experienced with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong Excel skills required.
- Prior clinical operations experience or clinical/diagnostic laboratory or CRO (central lab) experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience and Skills:
- Typically requires a BS or BA in a relevant scientific discipline
-Registered Nurse with relevant experience (2 or 3 year certificate)
