At least 5 years of experience working with health insurance data. Strong knowledge of SAS, statistical models, predictive models and machine learning

Consultant Responsibilities:
(1) Continue work in progress on priority predictive models related to pre-diabetes, diabetes complications, and high risk maternity care. The modeling supports active initiatives with HMM, Sales and Marketing teams;
(2) Continue high priority consumer analytics initiatives, including impact analysis of Anticipatory Guidance alerts that are in place, and related analytic efforts to inform the continued identification of highest priority topics for Day-2 Anticipatory Guidance. This work supports active initiatives in place with the Consumer Experience, Market Research and Omni-Channel teams;
(3) Continue work in progress to support Network Performance Support (formerly AQC Support team), with ongoing assessment of practice-pattern variation (PPVA) topics, evaluating impact potential of new topics; and continued development of predictive models to produce high risk member lists for AQC providers (e.g., Opioid model, enhanced serious illness model);
(4) Collaborate with Network Performance Improvement team to analyze PROM's and EMR data to support Value Based Payment
(5) Work with clinical leaders and provider analytics team to develop bundle based provider performance variation analysis
(6) As needed, the temp analyst will also construct consumer profiles and prepare/cleanse 3rd parties/vendor/web stream and MAPS speech analytics data to support consumer experience anticipatory guidance development and evaluation.
