HR Shared Services Associate - II

Actual Title for Position: Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator

Essential Duties and Job Functions:
• Support Employee Resource Group operations
o Budgeting / invoicing process
o Scheduling meetings
o Events
• Support I&D budget / invoicing process
• Support external vendor partnerships, manage work orders, logistics, and scheduling with those partners
• Manage the Inclusion and Diversity Inbox
• Support tracking of I&D-related activities on I&D calendar
• Support I&D course marketing efforts as well as internal communications between TD&I, HRBPs and other groups
• Support internal I&D website and ERG SharePoint
• Support I&D related reporting requests
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure ERG playbook is current
• Schedule I&D project-related meetings with multiple attendees
• Participate in the on-going evolution of the I&D operations, service delivery and process improvement
• Contribute to broader HR projects as needed
• Provide general status updates, knowledge transfer and support to the broader Talent, Development & Inclusion team

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially
• Demonstrated trouble-shooting/problem-solving mindset and capabilities
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone skills
• Able to interface effectively with many levels of employees, and the ability to effectively manage working relationships with external partners and facilitators
• Able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision
• Effective teamwork

Academic Level:
• BA/BS degree preferred

Additional Information:
• An interest in Inclusion and Diversity and/or Human Resources a plus, but not required
• Experience in training administration, and with a learning management system, a definite plus
• This position requires the ability to occasionally move boxes of materials, up to 20 lbs, from building to building with the use of a hand cart
