Our client is looking for a temporary sales administrative assistant to support their Host team globally. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound leads and correspondence through various shared inboxes
  • Assist sales team in gathering information and photos of each luxury property in our pipeline
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Upload property information into various internal applications including Salesforce and prepare reports for the home curation team to assess whether each property meets our home quality standards
  • Review/pre-qualify leads based on our quality standards for luxury homes
  • Ensure internal systems/databases are up-to-date
  • Support on ad hoc strategic projects as requested including conducting market research, testing new lead generation tactics, etc.
Skills:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales admin or administrative assistant role. Experience in the hospitality or tech industry is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing a high-volume of administrative tasks
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is required
  • Demonstrated ability to process multiple requests concurrently and execute on tight deadlines
