Duration: 06+ Months Contract (Strong Possibility Of Extension)

Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between business and IT.
  • Gather user requirements, interact with the business users, manage individual project implementations.
  • Experience: 6 to 9 years.
  • Deliver users requirements on time to ITS to develop information solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure that proposed systems specifications meet business needs
  • Report project progress and make recommendations when needed to the project Sponsor and Steering committee.
  • Ensure that the systems comply with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • In collaboration with the GRA SMEs, interact with ITS, Quality members or Vendors as needed all along projects.
  • Collaborate with the other stakeholders to accept the operational qualification of the system before making it available to the end users.
  • Reach global consents across user communities - solved by consulting and gathering user communities and identifying common practices

  • Harmonize terminology and formalize needs across user communities - solved by developing a common project terminology and documenting needs based upon agreed processes to be supported by the system.
  • Align available solutions with business needs or adjust business needs with the solution when this is acceptable - solved by either using vendors best practices when acceptable or asking for some system improvements if needed.
  • Define precise scope - Break down the high level scope items to understand the functional boundaries of the system until there's no remaining ambiguity.
  • Identify priorities for project functionalities implementation - resolved by interacting with the top management.
  • Meet timelines - resolved by developing an acceptable and realistic deliverable and adjusting the needed resources consequently
  • Act as the Primary Liaison to the GRA Business and ITS for project implementation and major upgrade (project) of GRA
  • Translate process workflow design into user requirements.
  • Lead/conduct User Activities in cooperation with other teams within Business Technology, Subject Matter Expert (Users), ITS and Quality Representatives for Regulatory Projects for client's products portfolio: activities cover new systems or existing systems that need to be enhanced to meet the business needs.
  • Ensure activities are driven by the R&D Information Systems Validation Methodology, Company Strategy and Health Authorities Requirements to meet Business and Compliance objectives from project initiation to deployment: develop/coordinate/participate in process definition/enhancement, in systems selection , development of user requirements specifications, system specifications, configuration/building, system/user acceptance tests, migration of data (when applicable) and deployment.
  • Communicate/Report progress of User activities to the management and Stakeholders.
